ADULT UROLOGIST FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a highly qualified, motivated Urologist for a joint clinical and research position. The individual should be committed to becoming an independent clinician researcher in the epidemiology of benign urological conditions. This is an amazing opportunity to start an academic career with a fully funded 2-3-year position which could lead to a career in academics and clinical Urology. The blend of clinical and research practice for this position provides extraordinary compensation of $100,000 for the fellowship plus additional salary amounts allowing total compensation to approach starting salaries for Urologists.

This position involves:

• 50% time in epidemiology research in KP DOR with Stephen Van Den Eden PHD who is nationally known in the field of urologic research.

• 50% time performing clinical patient care in the Urology Department in Kaiser Permanente Manteca. This will include a wide scope of office consultative and procedural work as well as surgery.

• Both Research and Clinical work may involve virtual telemedicine as KP Urology is innovative in their use of technology.

• Urologists with extensive academic experience will serve as additional mentors.
